  • As a licensed therapist, I believe in financial transparency and want you to feel informed and empowered as you consider starting therapy. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) that outlines the expected costs of services if you are paying out of pocket.

If you choose to work with me as a private pay client, you’ll receive a written estimate of what your therapy may cost over the course of a year. This estimate will be provided before your first session or upon request at any point in our work together. While the exact number of sessions needed will depend on your goals and preferences, the GFE can give you a general sense of the financial commitment involved so there are no surprises along the way.

Please know that the Good Faith Estimate is not a contract or a binding agreement; it’s simply a tool to help you plan ahead. If you have any questions about the financial side of therapy, I welcome open conversations. My goal is to create a space where you feel both emotionally and financially safe.
